Eight repos are public today. Six are private and open to members on the day they join, this site's own code among them. Everything on this site was made with what is in here, with the source.

On 30 October we started a Tamil what-if page built exactly the way the Lab teaches: one code-made film a day, one style, one voice. Its numbers are read out every Sunday in Lab Live and written here, whatever they are.

What you need
Your own Claude plan (Pro is about ₹1,800 a month, paid to Anthropic; the Lab does not include it), a laptop, and a few hundred rupees of Sarvam voice credits a month. Blender, Unreal Engine and the library that draws the films are free downloads.
Some drops use the lab's own GPU machine, for voice cloning, Blender renders or Unreal. Those are marked, and each one names the laptop route.

Who runs the Lab
Navaratan and Sujal, 2 Boys From Town. An AI lab above our family's jewellery shop in Vaniyambadi. In the last year we trained 250 builders for free and ran two hackathons. Every film on this page is ours, and so is the page we are growing in public.
