2bft-video-editor

An open-source pack of 14 Claude Code skills. Hand Claude a raw recording and it reframes it to 9:16 with a crop that follows your face, tightens pauses and fillers measured from the audio, adds captions and sound, and checks the result before export. Real webcam footage from our own streams is in the README, not staged.

indic-voice-clone

Record about 12 seconds in each language, then type any script and hear it in your own voice, in Tamil, Hindi or English, on your own NVIDIA GPU. Measured on one creator's recordings, the clone scored 0.93 to 0.94 similarity against the real voice with word-perfect read-back. It is how the voice on our Tamil and Hindi films is made. Install steps are in the README.

Drop-in CSS effects (dolly, pan, orbit, motion blur, light leak, film grain), ten kinetic-typography helpers and four self-contained HTML videos you edit by changing the text and colours. No build step.

thinking-radio-skill

The whole engine behind The Thinking Radio, a cartoon series where a 1932 radio behaves like a 2026 chatbot, as a Claude Code skill with a complete example episode. Every frame is JavaScript on a canvas, rendered with headless Chrome and ffmpeg; the voices run on your own computer. You bring the idea; Claude writes and builds the episode with you. Setup is in the README.

See how your launch dies before real customers arrive. It sends constrained, simulated customer scenarios through a website you own and writes a report with real browser evidence. Windows, macOS and Linux, one-click local install from the README.

Lab skills, for members

These are the repos the films on this site are built from. The public course-vault repo shows what each module makes, with real outputs; the files themselves are in private repos that arrive as a GitHub invite within 12 hours of joining the Lab.

01 · Your own voice, offline	Record about four minutes of yourself, then speak any script in Tamil, Hindi or English in your own cloned voice, on your own GPU.
02 · Anime in code	A ten-step guided build from a blank script to a voiced, lip-synced, scored 1080×1920 Reel, drawn entirely in code, then dubbed. The Oru Kodi Vadai pipeline.
03 · 3D character films	Draw a character with Codex, cut it into sprites, give it a local voice, and make it talk in a vertical film that renders on your GPU.
04 · AI video on your GPU	Codex draws the first frame, WAN 2.2 makes it move, locally, with no per-clip fee. Includes the real disk cost and the full failure log.
06 · The prompt vault	28 image and video prompts that produced usable results, each with proof and the exact lines to change.
07 · Ad in a day	One product photo and five lines become a finished Tamil (or any-language) ad, voiced locally, loudness-checked, in 9:16 and 1:1.
