Welcome to 2BFT Academy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at 2bft.in and all services provided by 2 Boys From Town ("2BFT," "we," "us," or "our"), including the Skill Library, Academy subscription plans, and the Claude Code setup service.

We're Nav and Sujal. We built this platform to make AI skills accessible. These terms exist to keep things fair for everyone — us and you. Please read them carefully before using our platform. By accessing or using 2BFT Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 2BFT Academy in any way — including browsing the Skill Library, creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or purchasing a service — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and our Refund Policy.

If you are using our services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you as an individual and the entity you represent.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of our platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using our services and close your account.

2. User Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, make a purchase, or enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you may use 2BFT Academy only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must agree to these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use of the platform.

2.2 Legal Capacity

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the minor's parent or legal guardian.

2.3 Geographic Availability

2BFT Academy is primarily designed for users in India. While we do not restrict access from other countries, certain features — such as the shipping of the Stashed tech bag included with the lifetime plan — are available only within India. Payment processing, pricing, and applicable taxes are based on Indian standards.

2.4 Account Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel subscriptions at our discretion if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms or is using the platform in a manner that is harmful to us or other users.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of 2BFT Academy (including the Academy curriculum, progress tracking, and subscriptions), you must create an account. You may register using your email address and a password, or through a supported third-party authentication provider (such as Google).

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

  • Choose a strong, unique password
  • Not share your login credentials with any other person
  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each person may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials, circumvent restrictions, or for any other deceptive purpose is a violation of these Terms.

4. Our Services

4.1 Skill Library (Free)

2BFT Academy offers a Skill Library of 746 free AI skills. These skills are accessible to all users without any paywall. You may browse and learn from the Skill Library without creating an account, though creating an account allows us to track your progress and personalize your experience.

The Skill Library is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove skills from the library at any time without notice.

For commercial use of content from the free Skill Library in derivative products, publications, or client-facing deliverables, you must attribute 2BFT Academy as the source. Non-commercial personal use and learning does not require attribution.

4.2 Academy Subscription (Premium)

The Academy is our premium curriculum offering deeper, structured learning in AI skills. Access to the Academy requires a paid subscription:

  • Monthly Plan: ₹499 per month, billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
  • Lifetime Plan: ₹4,999, one-time payment. Includes lifetime access to the Academy curriculum plus a Stashed tech bag (physical product, shipped within India only).

Subscription details, billing terms, and cancellation procedures are described further in Sections 5 and 6.

4.3 Workshops

We offer live and recorded workshops on specialist topics:

  • Visual Mastery Workshop: ₹399 per session. This workshop covers AI-powered visual content creation.
  • Content Audit Workshop: ₹1,999 per session. This workshop covers AI-assisted content strategy and audit methodology.

Workshop registrations are non-transferable. Cancellation and refund terms for workshops are governed by our Refund Policy. Workshop content is proprietary and may not be recorded, distributed, or reproduced by attendees without our written permission.

4.4 Claude Code Setup Service

We offer a Claude Code Setup service for businesses at ₹9,999. This is a one-time professional service where we set up and configure Claude Code for your business environment. The scope of work will be agreed upon before the service begins. This service is subject to the refund terms described in our Refund Policy.

4.5 Stashed Tech Bag

The Stashed tech bag is a physical product included with the lifetime plan. It is shipped to addresses within India only. Delivery timelines, shipping details, and related terms are communicated at the time of purchase. The bag is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute it with a product of equal or greater value if the original is unavailable.

5. Subscription Terms and Billing

5.1 Monthly Plan

  • The monthly plan costs ₹499 per month.
  • Billing occurs on the date you subscribe and recurs monthly on the same date.
  • You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing us.
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Academy until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining days of a billing period.
  • We may change the subscription price with 30 days' prior notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current price for one additional billing cycle before the new price applies. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel before the next billing cycle.

5.2 Lifetime Plan

  • The lifetime plan costs ₹4,999, billed as a one-time payment.
  • "Lifetime" means for as long as 2BFT Academy exists and operates. If we discontinue the platform entirely, we will provide at least 90 days' notice and make reasonable efforts to provide downloadable versions of the Academy content.
  • The lifetime plan includes a Stashed tech bag, shipped to your address in India. You must provide a valid Indian shipping address at the time of purchase.
  • The lifetime plan is subject to the refund terms in our Refund Policy.

5.3 Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor.
  • We accept payment methods as displayed on the checkout page (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods supported by our payment processor).
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • You agree to provide valid and current payment information. If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to the Academy until the payment is resolved.

5.4 Taxes

All prices displayed on 2bft.in are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. If any additional taxes or duties are required by law, they will be clearly disclosed before you complete your purchase.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy. Here is a summary:

  • Monthly Plan (₹499/mo): Cancel anytime. No refund for the current billing period. Access continues until the period ends.
  • Lifetime Plan (₹4,999): 14-day cooling-off period for a full refund, provided the Stashed bag has not been shipped. No refund once the bag is dispatched.
  • Visual Mastery Workshop (₹399): Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the session. No refund within 24 hours of the session.
  • Content Audit Workshop (₹1,999): Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the session. No refund within 48 hours of the session.
  • Claude Code Setup Service (₹9,999): 50% refund if cancelled before technical work begins. Non-refundable once work starts.

7. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on 2BFT Academy — including but not limited to the Skill Library content, Academy curriculum, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, code examples, and the overall design and structure of the platform — is the intellectual property of 2 Boys From Town and is protected by Indian copyright law and international intellectual property treaties.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our content without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

7.2 Your Content and Outputs

Any work you create using the skills and knowledge gained from 2BFT Academy — such as projects, applications, designs, or other outputs — belongs to you. We claim no ownership over what you build with what you learn.

If you submit any content to our platform (such as comments, feedback, or testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our services and marketing, with appropriate attribution where reasonable.

7.3 Trademarks

"2BFT," "2 Boys From Town," "2BFT Academy," "Stashed," and associated logos are trademarks of 2 Boys From Town. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission. Any use of our trademarks in connection with products or services that are not ours, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, is prohibited.

7.4 DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe any content on our platform infringes your copyright, please notify us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
  • Identification of the material on our platform that you claim is infringing
  • Your contact information
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

8. Acceptable Use Policy

8.1 Permitted Use

You may use 2BFT Academy for:

  • Personal learning and skill development
  • Professional development and upskilling
  • Applying skills learned to your own projects, businesses, or employment
  • Sharing links to our free Skill Library content with others

8.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute our content: Copy, download, record, screenshot, or redistribute Academy curriculum content. The Skill Library content may be shared via links only.
  • Account sharing: Share your account credentials or allow others to access the Academy through your account. Each subscription is for a single user.
  • Scraping and automation: Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or any automated means to access, download, or collect content from our platform.
  • Reverse engineering: Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform.
  • Circumvention: Attempt to bypass any access controls, security measures, or payment requirements.
  • Impersonation: Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with 2BFT.
  • Harmful activities: Use our platform to transmit malware, spam, or any content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Competitive use: Use our content to create a competing product or service without our written permission.
  • Reselling: Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to 2BFT Academy or any of its content.
  • Interference: Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform, including overloading servers, launching denial-of-service attacks, or exploiting vulnerabilities.

8.3 Consequences of Violation

If we determine that you have violated the Acceptable Use Policy, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Issue a warning
  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Revoke your subscription without refund
  • Pursue legal remedies under applicable law

9. Third-Party Links and Services

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, APIs, or services. These links are provided for your convenience and reference. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 Educational Content Disclaimer

2BFT Academy provides educational content about AI skills and tools. Our content is intended for learning purposes and should not be construed as professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to legal, financial, medical, or career advice.

While we strive to keep our content accurate and up-to-date, the AI landscape changes rapidly. We do not guarantee that all information on our platform is current, complete, or error-free at all times.

10.2 "As Is" Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • Warranties that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content

10.3 No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using our platform. Completing courses or skills does not guarantee employment, income, business success, or any other specific result. Your success depends on many factors beyond our control.

10.4 Third-Party Tools and AI Services

Our content may reference or teach the use of third-party AI tools and services (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, and others). We are not affiliated with these providers (unless explicitly stated) and are not responsible for changes to their services, pricing, terms, or availability. The availability and functionality of third-party tools are outside our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the total liability of 2 Boys From Town (including Nav, Sujal, and any employees, contractors, or agents) for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

For free users (those who have not made any payment), our total liability shall not exceed ₹500.

11.2 Exclusion of Certain Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Cost of procurement of substitute services
  • Damages arising from your inability to use the platform, service interruptions, or data loss

This applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Exceptions

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 2 Boys From Town, its founders (Nav and Sujal), and any employees, contractors, or agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third party's rights (including intellectual property rights)
  • Any content you submit to our platform
  • Your negligent or wrongful conduct

This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your account and these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction specified in Section 14.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter within 30 days.

14.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended) of India.

  • The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties. If the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator within 15 days, the appointment shall be made in accordance with the Act.
  • The seat and venue of arbitration shall be in India.
  • The language of the arbitration shall be English.
  • The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
  • Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.

14.4 Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

15. Termination

15.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  • Cancelling your subscription through your account settings
  • Emailing us at [email protected] requesting account deletion

Upon termination by you, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period (for monthly plans). For lifetime plans, termination means you choose to close your account and forfeit future access.

15.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms
  • You engage in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8
  • We are required to do so by law
  • We discontinue the service (with reasonable notice as described in Section 5.2)

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to access the Academy curriculum ceases immediately (or at the end of the billing period, if applicable)
  • You retain access to the free Skill Library (since it requires no account)
  • We may retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 17) shall survive

16. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemic, war, terrorism, internet outages, power failures, or failures of third-party service providers.

17. General Provisions

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2 Boys From Town regarding your use of 2BFT Academy, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.

17.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

17.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. A waiver of any provision is effective only if made in writing and signed by us.

17.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

17.5 Notices

Notices to you will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Notices to us should be sent to [email protected]. Notices are deemed received when sent via email (upon successful delivery) or when posted on our website.

17.6 Headings

Section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision.

17.7 No Agency

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and 2 Boys From Town.

18. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do:

  • We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
  • For material changes, we will provide at least 15 days' notice via email or a prominent notice on the website before the changes take effect.
  • If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our services and close your account before the changes take effect.
  • Continued use of our services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
