How much does a custom AI workshop cost?+
It depends on team size and format. Indicative pricing: a 10-person team half-day workshop is ₹19,999. A 30-person full-day is ₹49,999. A 2-day intensive for 20+ people is ₹99,999. Week-long Academy-style engagements are quoted per scope. Every workshop is quoted in writing before you pay — no surprise fees, no add-ons at the door.
Does 2BFT do workshops in Tamil Nadu schools?+
Yes. We've already run free AI workshops at St. Paul's Matric Hr Sec School, Vaniyambadi (Nav and Sujal's own school) and delivered AI skills workshops through EDII Tamil Nadu. For Tamil Nadu government schools and government-aided schools, we offer heavily subsidised or free workshops depending on the topic and team size. Email us with 'School' in the subject.
Can 2BFT come to our office in India for a workshop?+
Yes. We do in-person workshops anywhere in India. We've delivered in Chennai (Zoho Corporation), Vaniyambadi, and other Tamil Nadu cities. Travel is on us for Chennai and the Vaniyambadi / Tirupattur belt. For other cities, travel and stay are added to the workshop quote. We also run virtual workshops for teams that are distributed or outside India — same hands-on, same outputs.
What languages are the workshops in?+
We run workshops in English, Hindi, and Tamil. Most Tamil Nadu government and school workshops are in Tamil. Most corporate workshops are in English. For mixed teams, we mix languages based on what your team is comfortable with. Workshop materials (prompts, templates, workflows) are delivered in the language the workshop runs in.
Do participants need any AI experience?+
No. Most of our workshop participants have never used Claude, Nano Banana, or Veo before. The workshops are designed for non-technical operators — if you can use Instagram and Gmail, you can do the workshop. We start each module from 'this is what the tool is' and go to 'here is the workflow you will run next week.'
