As of July 2026: Claude (Anthropic — Claude Sonnet 5 for copy and reasoning, Claude Fable 5 for coding-heavy agents) for the brain, OpenClaw (self-hosted, 210K+ stars) as our default agent runtime, Mastra for TypeScript shops, LangGraph for stateful multi-agent flows, Google ADK for Vertex AI deployments, n8n and Make.com for workflow glue, MCP servers for tool integration, and your existing stack — WhatsApp Business API, Instagram Graph API, HubSpot, Zoho, Notion, Google Sheets, Airtable, custom APIs. We default to self-hosted / open-source where possible and fall back to SaaS only when there's a clear reason.
Do I need to know coding to use AI agents?+
No. The agents we install are designed to be operated by non-technical teams. We write the prompts in plain language, document the workflows in your team's language, and walk your team through the daily / weekly operation in the 2-hour handover call. If you can use Gmail and a spreadsheet, you can run these agents. For custom agents that need a developer, we either train your existing dev team or recommend a hand-off partner.
Can you integrate the agents with my existing CRM?+
Yes. We integrate AI agents with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, and most custom CRMs via API or MCP. If your CRM has an API, we can wire an agent to it. If it doesn't, we work around it — typically with a Notion or Sheets layer in the middle. The audit call is where we map this out: we look at your current data flow and design the agent so it fits inside it, not the other way around.
