// what we have, what we don't

The 2BFT community.

An honest page. Here's what we have: 250+ trained builders, a Sunday email, and a LinkedIn we actually use. Here's what we don't: a Discord server, a mobile app, a paid tier. The community is small, real, and built from Vaniyambadi.

What we have

Four channels. Three of them live.

Pick the one that fits how you work. We're on all of these — but we're not building a 5th.

The Sunday email

4-minute read. What we built, what broke, what shipped. No ads, no funnels. Real experiments from Vaniyambadi. The live 2bft.in footer says 250+ readers.

Live now

LinkedIn

Nav posts the build diary, the cohort updates, and the model-day-zero experiments. 2BFT Academy page + Navaratan Singh's personal page. We reply to every comment.

By appointment

The Vaniyambadi floor

If you're in Vaniyambadi or driving through Tirupattur district, you're welcome on the floor above Maruthi Jewellers. We don't have a regular schedule — message us on LinkedIn first.

Not building this

No Discord

We do not have a Discord server. We get asked for one. The honest answer: we'd rather ship one good thing a month than moderate a server with low signal. If Discord is what you need, the Indian AI builder community is on bigger servers — we'll point you to one.

What we don't have

We'd rather not build these.

We're two people running an Academy, a bag brand, a manufacturing arm, and this site. A community platform is a real ops job. Here's what we're not building — and why:

  • ×No Discord server (we get asked a lot)
  • ×No mobile app
  • ×No paid tier of the community
  • ×No private Slack or Teams for members
  • ×No WhatsApp broadcast list (only the paid Summer Cohort WhatsApp)
  • ×No in-person meetup calendar — we're two people, and a monthly meetup is a real ops job
How we operate

Six lines. That's it.

Whether it's the Sunday email reply thread, a LinkedIn comment, or the Vaniyambadi floor — we follow the same six lines. They're the only code of conduct we have:

  1. 1.Show your work. A screenshot, a number, a real outcome — anything concrete.
  2. 2.No '10x your output' copy. If your post reads like a course funnel, it's spam.
  3. 3.Tamil, English, Hinglish — all fine. We code-switch by default.
  4. 4.No pitching your product in our thread unless someone asks.
  5. 5.If you claim a number, link the source. We do the same.
  6. 6.Disagreement is fine. Disrespect is not.

// pick a channel

Don't join them all. Pick one.

If you only have 4 minutes a week, the Sunday email. If you want the build diary raw, LinkedIn. If you're in Tirupattur district, drop by. We'll keep shipping either way.
